
Hummous
Ingredients
- 3 md Cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 lg Handful parsley
- 2 md Scallions, in 1″ pieces
- 3 c Cooked Chick peas
- 6 tb Tahini
- 6 tb Fresh lemon juice
- 1 ts Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- OPTIONAL.. CAYENNE AND -CUMIN TO TASTE-
- Place garlic, parsley, and scallions in a food processor or blender and mince.
- Add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt, and puree to a thick paste.
