Hummous

Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 3 md Cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 lg Handful parsley
  • 2 md Scallions, in 1″ pieces
  • 3 c Cooked Chick peas
  • 6 tb Tahini
  • 6 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ts Salt (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • OPTIONAL.. CAYENNE AND -CUMIN TO TASTE-
  • Place garlic, parsley, and scallions in a food processor or blender and mince.
  • Add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt, and puree to a thick paste.
