Lettuce Salad

Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ea  Lettuce
  • A few spring onions
  • 3 tb Olive oil
  • 1 tb White vinegar
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 pn Black pepper
  • 1/2 ts Basil
  • 1/2 ts Chopped garlic

Instructions
 

  • Wash lettuce & separate the leaves. 
  • Allow to drain. Beat the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. 
  • Add lettuce leaves & turn them gently so that all the leaves become coated with the dressing.
