  • 8 oz Plain lo-cal yogurt
  • 1/2 x Onions, finely chopped
  • 2 ts Lemon juice
  • 2 tb Parsley
  • 1 ds Hot pepper sauce
  • 1 ds Horseradish
  • 1 ds Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Yield: 1 1/2 C 1 serving = 1/2 milk, 1/2 veg Calories: 72
