- 2/3 c Rotini noodles
- 1/2 c Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 c Grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 T Mayonnaise
- 1 T Chopped basil or parsley
- 1/2 t Dried oregano
- Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until tender.
- Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well.
- Add vegetables and cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, basil or parsley and oregano.
