Pasta Salad

Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 c Rotini noodles
  • 1/2 c Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 c Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 T Mayonnaise
  • 1 T Chopped basil or parsley
  • 1/2 t Dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until tender. 
  • Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well. 
  • Add vegetables and cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, basil or parsley and oregano.
