Sugared Pecans

Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tb Butter or margarine
  • 1 tb Packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c Pecan halves or pieces

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in brown sugar just until melted.
  • Add pecan halves or pieces. Stir until pecans are coated with the syrup. (Can be used as a garnish for Pecan Pie) Origin:
