Tomato Aspic

Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 3 c Tomato juice (heat)
  • 3 pk Lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 c Vinegar
  • 1 c Finely chopped celery
  • 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ds Tabasco sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix above and let cool 
  • Add: 1 Finely chopped onion
  • Add 1 Finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Finely chopped amount of -celery equal to green -pepper 1 cn Tiny Monarch or Richeliue
  • 1 Finely chopped amount of -string beans Pour into molds. Makes 16 molds. Randy Rigg
