
Vinegar Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c Sugar 5 tb Vinegar
- 5 tb Unbleached Flour
- 2 1/2 tb Butter
- 1 c Cold Water
- 4 ea Large Eggs, Beaten
Instructions
- Combine sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan.
- Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust.
- Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven until crust is brown.
