Vinegar Pie

Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Sugar 5 tb Vinegar
  • 5 tb Unbleached Flour
  • 2 1/2 tb Butter
  • 1 c Cold Water
  • 4 ea Large Eggs, Beaten

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugar and flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and place in a saucepan. 
  • Cook until thick and pour into prepared pie crust.
  • Bake in a 375 degrees F. oven until crust is brown.
