Rotel Dip

Course Appetizer


  • 1 lb Hamburger meat
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 1 lg Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lb Jalapeno cheese
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cn Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 cn Cream of chicken soup


  • Brown hamburger meat and sausage together; set aside. Saute onions, set aside. 
  • Melt the jalapeno cheese and Velveeta cheese; add RoTel tomatoes and soup.
  • Add hamburger meat, sausage and sauteed onion; heat until bubbly. Serve with chips.
